Healthcare Regulatory Senior Associate - Birmingham - 90,000 DOE + BonusMy client is a national top tier law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Healthcare Regulatory Senior Associate to join their growing team in Birmingham.
In this role, you’ll advise clients across the health, social care, and education sectors on a broad range of regulatory issues, both contentious and non-contentious. You’ll manage a varied caseload that includes:
- Advocacy at inquests, Court of Protection hearings, and Tribunals
- Advisory work on complex regulatory matters
- Get involved in strategic business development initiatives
- Supervise Solicitors within the team
- Salary £90,000 DOE + a generous bonus scheme

- Flexible hybrid working, you can come into the office as and when with no set days
- Strong support for career progression, with direct mentorship from Partners and early responsibility
- 8+ years PQE
- Experience in healthcare regulatory law, including advocacy
