My client is a national top tier law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Associate to join their growing team in Birmingham that has a 96% litigation success rate for their clients.
 
What you will be doing: 
  • Managing a caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters on behalf of NHSR and insurers
  • Continue the Development of relationships with NHS Resolution and insurer clients
  • Opportunities to get involved in strategic business development initiatives
