Are you a confident and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking for a role that offers flexibility, variety, and career growth? With hybrid working, you’ll have the freedom to balance office collaboration with remote working, while handling a varied caseload
  
The Role:
In this role, you’ll be helping clients through some of the most important transactions of their lives, whether they’re buying, selling, or leasing property. Your work will include:

• Managing a varied caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters.
• Handling the purchase and sale of freehold and leasehold properties, as well as leases, licenses, mortgages, and land transactions.
• Working closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other professionals to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Providing clear, practical advice to clients, guiding them through the legal process with confidence and ease.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing, with a strong understanding of property law.
• A track record of working directly with clients, providing a professional yet personable service.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills – you’re someone who puts clients at ease and keeps transactions moving.
• The ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• A proactive, positive approach – you enjoy working as part of a team but can also manage your own workload confidently.
