The Role:
As part of the growing Residential Property team, you will:

• Handle a broad caseload of residential transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
• Deliver clear, practical advice to clients and intermediaries, maintaining a high standard of service throughout.
• Draft, prepare, and review legal documentation, keeping clients informed at every stage of their transaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance client service and identify cross-referral opportunities.
• Play an active role in marketing and business development, helping to grow the firm’s client base.
• Use the firm’s case management system effectively to maintain accurate records and streamline processes.

  
What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Confident in managing a busy, varied caseload independently.
• Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills.
• A meticulous approach, with strong attention to detail and client care.
• Commercially aware, with a team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for developing client relationships.
