Responsibilities:
- Engage in complex and large-scale land acquisitions for renowned household names across England and Wales.
- Your role will also encompass collaboration agreements between developers, disposals of serviced parcels to Housing Associations, funding arrangements, strategic options, and urban regeneration.
Expertise required:
- A Solicitor who is either a Newly Qualified (NQ) or has up to 2 years’ Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
- While experience working with housebuilder clients is advantageous, applications from skilled commercial property lawyers eager to specialise in residential work are also welcomed.
