Residential Conveyancer – Liverpool – Up to £48,000 + Hybrid Working

I’m pleased to be working with a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm in Liverpool that is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Conveyancer who is looking for more than just a typical fee-earning role. The firm offers a genuine focus on work-life balance, manageable caseloads with an emphasis on quality over quantity, and a clear route to Head of Department within the next 6–12 months for the right person. You’ll also benefit from excellent partner-level support and a collaborative working culture.

The role will see you managing a varied caseload of residential property matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and new builds from instruction to completion. The firm is open to candidates who are Solicitors, Legal Executives, or Licensed Conveyancers with proven experience running their own caseload.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A solid background in handling residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish
• Excellent client care skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• A desire to be part of a close-knit, approachable team
• Ambition to progress and potentially step into a leadership role in the near future

Salary is up to £48,000 depending on experience, plus hybrid working (2 days from home) and genuine career development prospects.
