Residential Conveyancing Head of Department , Aberdare
This is a superb opportunity to join a well known regional firm who are expanding through growth and who are needing an experienced qualified solicitor to lead an office, drive business development and develop the residential conveyancing presence.
You can expect to manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters including traditional sales and purchase, freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership and transfer of equity transactions.
You will see the value in getting to know and relationship building with local agents, brokers and you will support and mentor staff to do the same.
The firm are a high performing outfit and they just need someone with strong organisational and communication skills to knit things all together.
You should have upwards of 6 years PQE.
· Starting salary from £55,000 per annum (negotiable based on experience)
