Preferred Requirements:
  • Possess at least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing, with a deep understanding of the legal processes involved
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders
  • Exhibit strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all tasks
  • Collaborate effectively with the wider legal team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
  • Continuously expand your knowledge and stay up-to-date with changes in conveyancing legislation and best practices
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 Year minimum working as a conveyancing paralegal
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in a similar conveyancing role
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
