Casualty Solicitor – Large Loss Team (NQ – 5 PQE)  Top International Law Firm | Birmingham | £55,000 DOE + Bonus | Fully remote 
 
My client, a leading international law firm, is looking to recruit a Casualty Solicitor (NQ – 5 years PQE) to join their expanding Large Loss team based in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex EL/PL claims alongside some of the most respected lawyers in the field. 
 
About the Role 
 
You’ll be supporting and running a caseload of large loss employer's and public liability claims, involving complex issues around liability, quantum, and coverage. The team handles the full lifecycle of multi-track litigation, often with claims reaching into seven figures. 
 
You’ll work closely with Legal 500-ranked Partners and senior lawyers, gaining hands-on exposure to technically demanding, career-defining cases.

• Salary: £55,000 DOE + performance bonus 
• Hybrid working model – standard is 2 days in the office and 3 days from home, but the firm is open to arrangements that suit your lifestyle (e.g. 1 day per week or even fortnightly attendance)

What They’re Looking For 

• A qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 years PQE) with experience in defendant personal injury litigation 
• Large Loss experience 
• Strong analytical and case management skills 
• A team-oriented mindset and a desire to work on complex, high-stakes litigation
