Preferred Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience as a Residential Property Solicitor
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent understanding of property law and regulations
  • Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently
  • Client-focused approach with strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified Solicitor with relevant residential property experience
  • Legal Practice Course (LPC) qualification
  • Membership with the Law Society
