Imagine yourself stepping into the role of Associate or Senior Associate within a dynamic Real Estate Disputes team, nestled in the vibrant city of Reading.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Real Estate Disputes, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Capability to manage a personal caseload, providing counsel on issues related to land transactions and landlord/tenant dynamics.
  • Competence in handling financial outputs and embracing billing responsibilities.
  • Aptitude in taking instructions from clients and actively liaising to ensure their best interests are served.
  • Commitment to maintaining legal knowledge and ensuring compliance with risk management policies and data protection regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Qualified solicitor with a strong background in dispute resolution.
  • Proficient in offering strategic advice for real estate issue resolutions.
  • Demonstrated leadership in supervising and supporting other fee earners on complex cases.
