An experienced Criminal Duty Solicitor is sought to join a dynamic team in Stockport, Greater Manchester. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, providing expert representation in Magistrates and Crown Court cases while delivering outstanding client care.Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients at Court and police stations during the day.
- Manage emergency calls during evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
- Handle a large and varied caseload of Magistrates and Crown Court cases efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of client care and professionalism.
- Criminal Duty Solicitor accreditation.
- Proven experience managing Magistrates and Crown Court caseloads.
- Exceptional communication and client care skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
