My client is a top 200 law firm, currently looking for an experienced Residential Property Senior Solicitor looking to join their team in Epsom.About the Role: You will manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Transfers of equity and remortgages
- Shared ownership and new build transactions
- Liaising with clients, agents, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and timely completions
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 6 years of residential property experience
- Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage files independently
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proficient with case management systems and digital conveyancing tools
- Hybrid working
