A well-established, multi-office legal practice, ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its expanding team. Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in care proceedings, PLO matters, private law children, domestic abuse, divorce and financial matters, and general family law.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including undertaking own advocacy.
• A track record in business development and/or an existing following is advantageous.
• Willingness to work towards panel accreditation and engage in networking.
• Competence in managing both legal aid and privately funded cases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years PQE in family and childcare law.
• Proven record of delivering high-quality legal services and achieving performance targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client and colleague engagement.
