An elite law firm is seeking a talented Corporate Associate with a strong background in Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions to join its thriving New York office.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile, complex transactions alongside a market-leading team that advises both financial sponsors and strategic players across a wide range of industries.
What You'll Do:

• Advise on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions, including leveraged buyouts, sell-side deals, growth equity, and minority investments
• Represent both financial sponsors and strategic buyers/sellers in a wide range of strategic transactions
• Work closely with clients and colleagues across offices in a highly collaborative environment

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years of relevant M&A and/or private equity experience at a top-tier law firm
• Strong deal experience, particularly involving financial sponsors and complex transactional structures
• Admitted to the New York Bar
• Highly motivated, commercially minded, and confident managing deals with limited supervision
