This is a superb role for a talented qualified solicitor who specialises in the niche area of Contentious Probate and Wills.
You should be able to demonstrate the ability to connect with sensitivity and to offer solutions in difficult circumstances.
With your previous experience in this niche area of law gained within a note team you will have had exposure to the complexities of contested wills.
You'll be joining a technically strong team who act for private individuals, trustees, executors, deputies and attorneys in relation to a range of contentious matters and you should have strong communication skills and have a load of ambition and motivation.
