An exciting opportunity with a Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team.

Preferred Requirements:
- Manage a diverse caseload of contentious matters, including contract disputes, shareholder and partnership conflicts, professional negligence claims, insolvency litigation, and debt recovery
- Advise on and participate in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) processes, such as mediations and arbitrations, to resolve disputes efficiently
- Represent clients in court proceedings, preparing cases for trial and drafting pleadings
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing commercially focused and pragmatic solutions
- Demonstrate a collaborative approach, working well both independently and as part of a team
- 3+PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution
- Exceptional drafting skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence, pleadings, and witness statements
- Commercially astute with a focus on delivering practical and cost-effective solutions
