- Manage a diverse caseload of residential property files from start to finish, with the support of an experienced Legal Assistant
- Play a pivotal role in strengthening client and agent relationships through active networking and marketing initiatives
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, inspiring and mentoring junior members of the department
- Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working with minimal supervision
- Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients and colleagues
- Senior level with experience in residential property conveyancing
- Proven track record of successful business development and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
