New Build Paralegal
Holborn – Salary negotiable based on experience
My client is well established, legal 500 law firm in Central London and currently on the lookout for a New Build Paralegal to join their residential property team.The Role:
- Handling a caseload of new build purchases from instruction to completion
- Reviewing contracts, conducting searches, and reporting to clients
- Liaising with developers, lenders, clients, and third parties
- Managing deadlines and maintaining accurate file records
- Supporting solicitors with more complex transactions when needed
- At least 12 months’ experience in residential conveyancing, ideally with new build exposure
- Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and SDLT/Land Registry requirements
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills
- Strong communication and client care abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
