Overview: A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced
Associate Family Solicitor to join its well-established and collaborative family law team. This position is suited to a solicitor with over six years of post-qualification experience who is looking to handle a
low-volume, high-value caseload, often involving
complex or high-net-worth matters.

Key Responsibilities: - Handling a diverse caseload that includes:

- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings
- Co-habitation disputes and TOLATA claims
- Private children matters
- Injunctions, including fertility and surrogacy issues
- Civil partnership breakdowns
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
- Providing high-quality, tailored legal advice to clients, including high-net-worth individuals.
- Managing all aspects of case progression, including compliance, billing, and reporting.
- Mentoring junior members of the team and supporting their development.
- Collaborating with colleagues across the department on complex family law matters.
- Participating in business development initiatives and contributing to the team's ongoing growth and reputation.
Key Requirements: - A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 6+ years PQE in family law.
- Demonstrable experience across the full spectrum of family law matters listed above.
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth and/or complex financial cases.
- Strong client care skills, with a compassionate and professional approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and strong time management.
- A collaborative, proactive team player who can work independently where required.
