Flexi-time could be the key to staff retention

As part of our in depth Salary Survey which we launched at the beginning of the year, our research went as far as asking people for their views on 'flexi time'.

Overwhelmingly, our survey showed that if law firms had a 'softer' approach to flexible working patterns that this would greatly improve their staff retention and attraction rates!
