We are always looking to do things better; to continuously improve the hirer and candidate experience. Our MD, Kathryn Riley, believes ISO 9001 Accreditation will raise the bar even further and August saw us begin the journey to accreditation!
The ISO (International Organisation for Standardisation) is a global organisation leading the way with setting out international standards for products, services and good practice. The ISO 9001 in particular sets out the requirements of a quality management system. We hope that by achieving ISO 9001 our clients and candidates will receive a consistently high quality service and our staff will be more motivated which in turn will bring our business many benefits! We will be performing dozens and dozens of internal audits to ensure our quality management systems are working. Once we are satisfied with our internal processes, only at that point will we be calling in the external auditors to verify that we conform to the standard.
We are in the preliminary stages of bringing all our processes in line and standardising them. We will be looking at everything from our HR procedures to the 360 degrees recruitment process. We will be producing a Quality Manual before the end of the year to ensure that every action in our business is part of a process which is monitored and regulated.
We have a big task ahead of us but we are confident Accreditation will be achieved!
