This morning our In-house Team held a roundtable breakfast seminar in association with Radius Law, Begbies Traynor and LexisNexis. Iain Larkins (former GC of Mercedes Benz) who now runs a niche commercial law firm (Radius Law) gave a presentation on Competition Law. He covered, amongst other things:
- The objective of Competition Law
- Mergers
- Compliance and Protecting your Business
- Lessons learnt (from his own experience)
