Our consultants are legal recruitment experts and have a wealth of sector specific knowledge. We've found that a dedicated and specialist team is imperative given the wide variety of roles within the faculty of Business Support, allowing for greater representation and a focused approach. The team cover a range of business services on a national scale from administration and secretarial level to practice manager and business development positions and are on hand to guide you through career moves or to help advise you in the early stages of your legal career. Whether you're making a career move or just starting out in the legal field, our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Rio joined our team as a Recruitment Consultant in 2021. She focuses on placing candidates in vital business support roles within law firms across the West Midlands Region. Previous to Douglas Scott, Rio gained extensive managerial experience and prides herself on her ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
In her spare time, Rio enjoys shopping locally, travelling around the country and indulging in lunches with the girls!
Georgia joined Douglas Scott in 2021 as part of the North West desk – dealing with a variety of regional practices, boutique firms and larger national/international firms. Georgia assists legal professionals across the Lancashire region throughout their career, from Paralegals through to Partner level Lawyers. Previous to Douglas Scott, Georgia has a background in studying Law.
In her spare time, Georgia enjoys watching live football and travelling around the world – her next stop being Hawaii!
