You'll ideally be an experienced qualified solicitor, legal executive or licenced conveyancer who is looking for a brand new challenge. 
 
This is a role taking on responsibility and you'll have the chance to push the profile of the firm and team even more in the area.
 
You should have tangible experience gained across many parts of the conveyancing process such as sales, purchases and re-mortgages of freehold and leasehold properties, help to buy and shared ownership.
 
You will be ambitious and very keen on building up a core base of loyal clients in the area and get repeat business through word of mouth.
 
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic and confident property solicitor with excellent client skills and an interest in developing the Property Department.
