Residential Solicitor

Greater London – £50,000 - £60,000

An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an established London Firm. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years PQE with a strong focus on new build developments and high-net-worth clients. This role offers an opportunity to work on high-value transactions and to collaborate with a reputable, dynamic firm.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of high-value residential conveyancing matters, including new builds and transactions for HNW individuals.
• Provide comprehensive legal advice and technical expertise in property law and conveyancing procedures.
• Work closely with clients, estate agents, and developers to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
• Draft and review contracts, title reports, and other legal documents to facilitate property purchases and sales.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards in all conveyancing matters.
• Maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service to meet client expectations.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, with specific experience in new builds and HNW clients.
• Extensive technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing processes.
• Previous experience handling high-value transactions is essential.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage complex cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
