Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Greater London – £60,000 - £80,000

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least 6+ PQE in managing high-value residential property transactions, including new builds and High Net Worth (HNW) clients to join an established London firm. The role requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills and the ideal candidate will have a background in handling complex, high-value conveyancing matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee a team of residential conveyancing professionals, providing technical guidance and support as needed
• Manage high-value property transactions for HNW clients, including new builds
• Ensure smooth and compliant handling of transactions while maintaining excellent client service
• Work closely with team members and external parties to resolve complex legal issues and maintain best practices
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide expert advice and insights

Key Requirements:

• 6+ PQE in residential conveyancing, with significant experience handling high-value transactions and HNW clients
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law, particularly in high-value and new build transactions
• Excellent client relationship management and communication skills
