My client is looking for an experienced Solicitor to manage a diverse caseload encompassing housing and leasehold management, property litigation, and more. Embrace this chance to specialise in a continuously evolving area of law and make a significant impact.
- Manage your own caseload, including housing and leasehold management, property litigation, injunctions, possession claims, disrepair, service charge disputes, cases before the FTT, and non-contentious matters.
- Support partners on complex matters while independently managing your own caseload, directly interacting with clients, and nurturing client relationships.
- Contribute to marketing and business development efforts, presenting training to clients in a client-focused manner.
- Minimum of five years PQE in housing and/or leasehold management and/or property litigation.
- Experienced in running own files and caseload with a strong understanding of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Demonstrated commercial awareness, pro-activity, and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to prioritize workload and achieve positive outcomes while maintaining a highly focused attention to detail.
- Determination to succeed, resilience, and the ability to convey clear and concise information.
- A minimum of five years post-qualification experience in housing and/or leasehold management and/or property litigation.
- IT literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications.
- Strong ability to prioritize workload and demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity.
