The firm has an exciting client base to work with, covering many sectors. It is a nationwide client base including retail, hospitality, manufacturing, finance, education, healthcare and communication.

The firm has a good social scene and people stay because they love work there because of the close knit team environment.

You can expect to find a clear career path, progression is available and the firm have many successes of internal promotions.

The firm would consider applications from anyone at trainee solicitor, about to qualify, NQ right through to associate level, who wishes to pursue a career within Employment Law.

You can expect to find a high value caseload caseload which covers both respondent and claimant work -although it is mainly acting for employers, both contentious and non-contentious employment law and HR matters.

The south coast is a fantastic place to live and work. Applications from relocators will be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
