Conveyancing Fee Earner
Newcastle – £24,000 - £44,000
- Salary: £24,000 to £44,000 (depending on experience) + benefits.
- Location: Newcastle.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing, preferably in a high street, regional, or volume conveyancing setting.
- Managing a full caseload: Overseeing freehold and leasehold transactions from start to finish.
- Key tasks: Sale contract issues, responding to enquiries, purchase contract approval, raising/checking enquiries, and conducting online searches.
- Utilising a case management system: Ensuring smooth workflow and case handling.
- Marketing involvement: Participating in both online and traditional marketing activities, including networking events.
- Qualifications: Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal
- Skills: Ability to manage a varied caseload confidently, strong team ethic, resilience, and a positive attitude.
- Experience: At least 12 months of hands-on experience in conveyancing transactions.
