Conveyancing Legal Secretary/ Legal Assistant

Greater London – £35,000 - £40,000

My client is seeking a skilled and organised Residential Property Legal Secretary to join their team in Fulham.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the residential property department.
  • Draft, format, and manage legal documents, including contracts, leases, and transfer forms.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties to ensure smooth communication and transaction flow.
  • Assist with land registry applications, SDLT returns, and property searches.
  • Maintain and manage case files, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and processing correspondence.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience as a legal secretary, preferably in residential property law.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency with legal software and case management systems.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
