HNW Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Prime London properties as 1st and 2nd home, plus investment. Salary negotiable. 

An experienced, service driven Senior Associate Solicitor is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded, London based, full service law firm. The Senior Associate Solicitor will head up a small team, lead by example and act as a point of referral for less experienced team members. 

The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly and supportive Real Estate department. The day to day will be orientated around the delivery of a high level of service to a HNW client base, with a focus on Prime London real estate that includes high value freehold and leasehold, and new build purchase bought as investment or 2nd homes in the capital. 

The salary will be reflective of the calibre of candidate the firm are seeking to appoint in the role. Indications are this will be in the range of £70,000 to £90,000 but there is flexibility if the business case supports it.

So, in terms of the person specification, we would expect to see excellent academics, which will include 2:1 or above at a good university. 5 PQE, City of London or leading regional law firm background, with demonstrable expertise in the management of high-value residential transactions, that will include new build and off plan purchases as investment or 2nd homes. That bank of knowledge will also be helpful when guiding your team through the complexities and potential pitfalls of high value, London based, property transactions.
