If you weren’t in recruitment, what would you be doing?

I'd have loved to pursue a career in design and use some of the skills I built up from my design degree as well as a recently completed diploma in interior design.

What inspired you to pursue a career in legal recruitment?

Being married to a corporate lawyer is coming into use, I'm used to most of the terminology that's required when working in legal recruitment. Having previously worked in sales management I'm confident building a relationship with clients which will help them in their career journeys.

Tell us something that people might not know about you.

Having grown up in Wales until I was 7 I can still speak (nearly) fluent Welsh. Not a skill which comes into useful very often but I do like to visit the homeland when time allows.
