Residential Real Estate Solicitor, London. HNW sales and purchase, developer side new build. £65,000 to £75,000. 

A hard working and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic opportunity with a highly regarded, centrally located, full service law firm.

The successful candidate will join a busy, friendly and supportive Real Estate team, managing matters across HNW Residential and New Build Developments. So, the day to day will vary, and include sale, purchase, finance, landlord and tenant, plus matters relating to land purchase and development. Full training, support and development will be provided to help bridge any gaps in know-how. 

A competitive salary banding of around £65,000 to £75,000, is reflective of the calibre of candidate the firm is looking to hire. Associate level, with upwards of 3 years experience acquired in a firm that has a good reputation for this type of work. Additionally, strong communication and people skills are a must, good academics essential and of course, ambition and drive. Not forgetting resilience, as the nature of the work means some days can be fast paced and deadline driven.
