- Role: Property Litigation Solicitor (1-4 PQE)
- Location: Luton
- Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (negotiable dependent on experience)

- Advising clients on all aspects of property litigation, including pre-litigation strategies, alternative dispute resolution, and court proceedings.
- Drafting legal documents, preparing cases for trial, and representing clients in court.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Qualified Solicitor with 1-4 years PQE in property litigation, or a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a keen interest in transitioning to property litigation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and client management abilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and work effectively as part of a team.

1. What were you doing before you joined Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment? I actually worked at Douglas Scott previously and went on to have my little girl. I then worked with the NHS as a recruitment consultant, and now I am back as I really missed Legal recruitment and the team!
2. What are you most looking forward to in your new role? Building my desk back up again, and getting to know everybody.
3. If you weren’t in recruitment, what would you be doing? I would probably consider going back to university to become a midwife, as I love making a difference in peoples lives!
