Education Solicitor

Birmingham – £40,000 - £80,000

A fantastic opportunity awaits a Solicitor (NQ- 5+ Years PQE) to become a valuable member of the esteemed Education Law team within a prominent national law firm based in Birmingham.
Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a renowned Partner in the Education team
• Manage a caseload comprising 1st Tier tribunal cases (Health, Education, and Social Care)
• Handle Education Law Judicial Review Claims
• Provide counsel on Education Law matters
• Contribute to training delivery within the team
• Participate in off-site visits and meetings, including Court Hearings and clients' offices
• Support the team in advancing the regulatory practice
• Engage in marketing and business development activities and events

Requirements:

• Solicitor/Associate with up to 5 years PQE - THEY WILL LOOK AT NQ level
• Prior experience in Education law, either in-house or in private practice
• Demonstrated advocacy skills
