Court of Protection Solicitor

Birmingham – £48,000 - £55,000

My client, a national top tier law firm, is currently looking to expand their Court of Protection team within their Birmingham office with an additional NQ - 3years PQE Solicitor with a COP background.

You will be joining a specialist team, in the field of damages management. The team assists individuals in the management of their personal injury or clinical negligence compensation, either through the Court of Protection or by way of a personal injury trust.

You will provide expert evidence to budget future deputyship support costs for clients and whose clients have received multi-million pound settlements as a result of serious injury or medical negligence. You’ll support Partners to grow the business and deliver excellent client service.

Salary will be 55K DOE plus annual bonus, there are also excellent working from home arrangements with you needing to attend the office once or twice a month. 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, critical illness cover, healthcare cover, pension scheme and many more.
