A new opportunity for Qualified UK Commercial / In-House Solicitors seeking a varied in-house role comprising contracts, IT/IP, corporate and regulatory. You'll be joining an innovative, tech led service business at their Lancashire HQ.
Working as part of a small legal function which plays an integral part in day to day Group activities, you'll provide internal support to all levels of stakeholders across the business. You'll support the delivery of Legal advice across Commercial , Corporate, IP, Data Protection, Compliance, and strategic advice on disputes (including managing external counsel).
Applications are invited from Solicitors at 1-5 PQE who have solid technical contract skills and wish to broaden their in-house experience. The in-house team at this business have a proven track record of providing growth and development opportunities for their junior solicitors. For those in-house seeking more challenging work and room to grow, this would be an excellent role to explore.
