We are currently searching for an employment lawyer at the director or partner level to join the dynamic and welcoming Birmingham team.

Douglas Scott are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Employment Partner to join their leading like-minded team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in employment law and will be responsible for advising clients on a wide range of employment issues, both contentious and non-contentious.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of successfully handling employment law cases, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. All of the different aspects of work that make up this role, will come from multi-national clients of different sizes and from varying sectors, giving you a varied load of work to help you push yourself and progress your career.
