The successful applicant will join a busy, friendly team and help the conveyancing team to provide a quality and comprehensive conveyancing service with a customer service focus. Work as part of a team to ensure all transactions are dealt with efficiently and proactively.The ideal applicant will have experience in any of the following areas: caseload management, sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, lease extensions and paralegal/legal support.
