Douglas Scott is currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor, for a well-regarded firm based in Hoddesdon, Herts. This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitr who is looking for a new opportunity at a welcoming firm, offering a competitve salary and agile working.
This role will involve managing your own caseload of all aspects of private client matters including a full spectrum of Private Client matters including Wills & Probate, Planning, Inheritance Tax, Trusts, Court of Protection, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration. You will need to have experience managing your own caseload, preferably from a small to mid size firm.
Professional must-haves:
- Qualified for circa 3-5 years within private client
- A proven background in dealing with a full range of Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPA’S.
Personable preferences:
- A good technical background & commercial awareness
- Energetic and natural enthusiasm to bring to the team
