Personal Injury ManagerA Personal Injury Manager/Supervisor/Partner is wanted for an excellent opportunity with a Legal 500 law firm in Manchester. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
My client is a national, award winning firm with an enviable reputation in the market. Due to continued growth and expansion they are looking to recruit an experienced Solicitor/Legal Executive to manage their large Personal Injury department.
Supported by junior supervisors you will have overall management responsibility for the staff within the department. This is a key senior management role within the branch, providing overall leadership, motivation and management. You may also run your own small caseload of the most complex files.
In addition to overseeing the management of case handling in the department you will also be responsible for the delivery of financial targets, performance management and appraisals of staff including objective setting, monitoring performance against objectives & KPIs. You will also be responsible for training and recruitment and will advise on strategies to achieve growth. In addition, you will contribute to the development of effective client relationships.
