Real Estate Solicitor , Southampton

This is a superb opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join a high profile firm. Idelaly you'll be at NQ-3 years PQE to complement the existing team structure.

You will advise on the law surrounding general commercial real estate issues. Focusing on all aspects of landlord and tenant , recoveries advice to banks and receivers and sales/purchases of commercial property.

Key responsibilities include : Managing a caseload and advising clients both at clients both at client meetings and via advice letters and emails.
Draft client documentation relevant to the matter including completion statements and land registry applications and SDLT returns.
Advise clients in person and in writing.
Respond to enquiries from new clients giving further information and cross reference to other relevant fee earners.
