Inbound Sales Team Manager (New Enquiries Team Manager)
Salary Negotiable - Experience Dependant
I’m delighted to be working with a leading firm in Northampton who are currently going through a fantastic period of growth an expansion. As a result, they are keen to add a Team Manager to their Inbound Sales Team (known internally as New Enquiries Team Manager). This role is suited to someone who has experience managing a team and experience in Inbound Sales who is ready to lead the way, and implement change. The Team deals with a high volume of inbound calls and emails and needs a significant next step, due to the continued growth and expansion of the business. You’ll need a good understanding of business development skills, leadership and management skills, and the ability to apply your knowledge of running a small inbound sales team. Additionally, you’ll bring an understanding of best practice in an inbound sales environment and be keen to dive in and be directly responsible for streamlining processes; making systems more effective; recommending appropriate software if needed; and working with the BD & Marketing Director to drive the future direction and strategy of the team.
Based in modern, well-equipped offices, close to local commuter links and with nearby parking, this role would suit an experienced Sales Manager able to travel to Northampton.
Having worked with this leading Northampton firm for some time, I know of their excellent standard of work, and opportunities for progression and development.
A competitive salary is on offer, with 20 days holiday + bank holidays, pension contribution and training.
