Conveyancing Solicitor - BrightonA fast growing law firm with multiple offices in the South East are seeking a Senior Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive (ideally upwards of 4yrs PQE) for their successful residential property department in central Brighton, East Sussex.
You'll be joining an established conveyancing team where you'll handle a broad mix of all aspects of residential property matters from instruction through to completion including sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new builds. In addition, you'll oversee more junior members of the team.
You must be a qualified Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 4 years PQE managing your own varied caseload of conveyancing matters. Experience in overseeing more junior colleagues would be a distinct advantage. Those with c3yrs PQE with solid residential property experience are also encouraged to apply. Local connections/links to referrers in/around Brighton would be highly advantageous.
