A Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is wanted for a lead role with an ambitious law firm able to offer job security in challenging times. Applications are invited from technically strong and compliant Residential Conveyancing Solicitors/Licensed Conveyancers/Legal Executives with at least 3 years' experience who are driven to progress their careers in a rapidly expanding legal services business. Salary is very competitive depending on experience.
The successful candidate will join an ambitious high street law firm delivering an expanding portfolio of personal legal services. They will be joining the firm at a very exciting time as they move into the conveyancing arena. Running with run a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also have the opportunity to expand the department as pipeline increases. Ideally with an appetite for marketing and networking the role will develop as the department increases in size.
