A Court of Protection Fee earner/solicitor is required for a rewarding opportunity within a multi-service, law firm. The role will be based on the Wirral and offers an excellent salary and benefits package. Working as part of an established Private Client team, you will focus on Court of Protection matters and provide mental capacity law experience that will help grow the court of protection specialism within the firm.

As a Court of Protection lawyer/fee earner, with ideally over 2 years' experience in a similar role, you will take on existing Deputyship work and help build up and develop the support team. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual who is able to work without supervision but as part of the wider Court of Protection team with support from different areas of the team.
