An experienced Residential Conveyancing and Commercial Property Solicitor is wanted for a succession opportunity with an established South Manchester based law firm who have built a strong following in their local community. Applications are invited from Property Solicitors with at least 5 years experience managing a Residential and Commercial caseload in a high street or regional law firm environment. Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience with lots of scope for progression.
The successful Property Solicitor will join a busy, long established law firm who deliver a value for money legal service to local people and business. Property Solicitors will manage a mainly Residential Conveyancing caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish, issuing sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. The successful candidate will also manage Commercial Property sales and purchases which will vary in size and complexity. Expect lots of face to face and opportunities to build out relationships with the general public and business community.
