An ambitious Civil Commercial Litigation Solicitor or CILEx is wanted for a fantastic lead role with a fast growing Manchester based law firm. The successful candidate will join an established law firm, supervising a busy and expanding litigation team, dealing predominantly with Professional Negligence and in particular Financial Services. Day to day duties will include the management of a small team of Solicitors and Paralegals running full and varied Fast Track caseloads of Financial Mis-Selling claims, with a specific focus on Plevin claims, unfair contractual relationships affiliated with the sale of some Pensions, Investments, Mortgages & Credit Agreements.
