Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
A Residential Conveyancing is wanted for a lead role with an ambitious Oldham based law firm able to offer job security in challenging times. Applications are invited from technically strong and compliant Residential Conveyancing Solicitors with at least 3 years experience who are driven to progress their careers in a rapidly expanding legal services business and secure the firm's Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation. Salary is to £45,000 depending on experience.
The successful candidate will join an ambitious high street law firm delivering an expanding portfolio of personal legal services. Leading a small department, Residential Conveyancing Solicitors will run a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Fee earners will enjoy a great deal of autonomy and will also have the opportunity to expand the department as pipeline increases.
